Services provided in person
When you attend a consultation at our London studio, you agree to arrive at the scheduled time and to engage with the session in good faith. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, with the full fee still applicable.
Services provided remotely
When you book a virtual consultation, you are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and a private, suitable environment for the session. Vitalis Health cannot be held responsible for disruptions caused by technical issues on your end.
Services provided through third-party platforms
When your booking, payment, or communication is facilitated through a third-party platform, the terms and conditions of that platform also apply. We encourage you to review them independently before proceeding.
Bookings and Appointments
Appointments can be booked directly through our website or by contacting us via email. A booking is confirmed only once you have received written confirmation from Vitalis Health.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking at our discretion, in which case any payment received will be refunded in full. We also reserve the right to refer a patient to another practitioner or service if we determine that their needs fall outside the scope of what Vitalis Health is best placed to provide.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that circumstances change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled appointment will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost. Cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled appointment will be charged at 50 percent of the session fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours or in the case of a missed appointment without notice will be charged in full.
Fees and Payment
All fees are displayed on our website and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment via the methods listed on our booking platform.
Payment plans may be available on request for programme-based services. Please contact us to discuss your options before booking.
We reserve the right to update our pricing at any time. Any changes will be reflected on our website and will not affect bookings already confirmed.
Health Information and Clinical Limitations
Vitalis Health provides integrative health support and root cause medicine. We do not provide emergency medical care, psychiatric crisis support, or services that fall under the remit of acute or secondary care.
By booking a consultation, you confirm that you understand the nature of integrative medicine and that our services complement rather than replace conventional medical care. We strongly encourage all patients to maintain their relationship with their GP or other treating practitioners and to inform them of any supplements or protocols recommended by Vitalis Health.
The information you provide during consultations is used solely to inform your personalised care. It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete information about your health history, current medications, and any relevant diagnoses. Vitalis Health cannot be held responsible for outcomes influenced by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the patient.
